Friday Harbor Ferry ride

Today we were up bright and early for a ferry ride to San Juan Island, Friday Harbor. Our ferry left at 8:30 this morning so we were there at 7:45! Nanci and I aren't really early risers...but for an adventure we can do it. Decided to take the car and dogs with us to the island. Turned out to be a good idea. We were able to drive around the whole island and explore all the nooks and crannies. Here are the pics from today...

Tomorrow we are heading to Vancouver, BC. Our friends Tom & Nanci are heading back home to Olympia. Sorry to see them go. We have had a lot of fun together. The days here in Mt. Vernon were definitely ordered by the Chamber of Commerce. Almost 70 today. Hope this keeps up for us as we travel on.
