What a day today has been, Jack has done a lot of driving...we left Salem and went east a bit and then north to Washington. Rained on and off all day, with a little hail mixed in and a bit of wind for part of the drive. Here is our day...
We are leaving Salem. Rained a lot last night. Clear this morning. Mom tells me Jack isn't in any pictures so if you look close he is waving in the driver seat!

Jack our driver and Bentley on our way to Washington via ???

We have reached Multnomah Falls. So far the weather is gray but dry. These falls are right off the freeway. The parking is in the center median and then a pass under the road to go over to them.

It's starting to sprinkle. Jack has gone back to the motorhome with the dogs. We are taking pictures. By the time we made it back inside, it had started to hail. 20 min. down the road and sun was out again. The way the whole day went.

This is Bonneville Dam and fish ladder, on the Columbia River. We stopped to look at the fish going up the fish ladder. I think the fish took Saturday off. We saw only one.

Finally we are in Olympia, Washington staying with some dear friends. Nanci & Tom Rowe. Nanci and I worked in the dental field together back in the day and knew each other before either of us knew our husbands. We go way back. They greeted us with mojitos and hook ups for the motorhome. Will be here for a few days before heading to Mt. Vernon to see the tulips.
