Billings, Montana photos

Outside the visitor center. Beautiful art work again. Billings is the largest city in Montana.

Western Heritage Center. Former library.

Indian beads for breast plates were made from shells.

Jack & Bentley with Abe Lincoln outside of Scheels Sporting Goods. This store is like Cabellas on steroids. I am adding the pictures from inside!

This salt water tank is as you enter. 16,000 gallons. There was a guy swimming inside cleaning it!

Mom being scared by a grizzly.

Bentley protecting me from the mountain lion?

Yes inside the store a ferris wheel.

Lots of photo ops!

We left billings and drove about an hour up the road to the Little Bighorn Battlefield. We checked out a couple rv spots. One, who had full hook ups and cable and wifi...it was a run down trailer park...move on...next one, had full hook ups and maybe wifi, out a dirt road...back on the road...we ended up in a parking lot next to this casino. We all went in and dropped a few coins...Mom won of course and I finally made about $60. Jack came home with what he started with. Another trailer had pulled in when we walked back out. He was a retired fireman also. Nice couple. They had traveled about 4000 miles in 2 1/2 weeks...lots of tracks left. We are moving at a much slower pace. We are off to see the Battlefield this morning and then on towards Mt. Rushmore eventually.
Happy trails...
