So we have been out of contact for a couple days. We stayed on the Madison River at Red Mountain fishing spot. Dry camping ( parking just beside the river). Really beautiful spot. Jack got to fly fish, no catching, just fishing. The first afternoon we had hang gliders drop in to the field next to us, cool. Then we drove in the Bozeman. Toured around a bit, saw the university, saw some of the historic homes and old town. Had lunch at Storm Cafe, yummy...Had a little rain on our drive back to the motorhome. We actually had a night out by a campfire for the first time too. Wasn't too cold, windy or whatever.
The cold weather makes for good sleeping. We all slept in til 9 this morning. On the road by 10. Stopped at Greycliff Prarie Dog town. Saw some of these little guys chirping away. On to Billings, Mt. Staying in full service rv spot now in Billings, Mt.
